The tough talking Davao City mayor told media that he might just send his lawyers at the House of Representatives for his proclimation.

But why would the incoming president doesn't want to attend on his own proclamation as the most powerful person in the country?

"I’m not attending any proclamation. I’ve never attended any proclamation in my life . In all of my political aspirations, nanalo naman ako," the Davao City mayor said.

The proclamation of the president and vice president will close the joint canvas committee session which was composed of both the lower and upper house.
